To make sure you get your hands on these unique items, we've set a cut-off date every first Sunday of the month for this special order.  The next cut-off date will be shared on our Instagram story, or feel free to send us a direct message for further details. 

Once the cut-off window closes, it will take approximately 3 weeks to arrive. 

​​Please take note that we will only dispatch your orders (both regular and special items） once the special order arrives. If you prefer separate shipments for your regular and special orders, kindly place them as separate orders.

Special orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for different sizes.

To measure, place a ribbon or string around your pet's neck and then measure the ribbon or string to the closest size. It should be sitting comfortably around the neck, and not too tight or loose. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Washing Instructions
After your pet has worn the bib collar, gently wipe with a clean wet towel. For tough stains removal, engage professional dry-cleaning laundry service to help. Do not soak bib collars in water to avoid colour fading. Follow care label above to have a long lasting bib collar that your pet can wear again and again.
