1. Cirius Pet LLLT products come with a 3-month warranty by Tale of Tails or unless stated otherwise.
2. Warranty period commences from the product received date if delivered by post (courier's proof of delivery) or date of purchase if purchased directly from expo.
3. Local seller, Tale of Tails, warrants the product that you have purchased is free from defects in materials or workmanship during purchase.
4. The warranty only covers for manufacturer defect (if any), warranty does not cover damage caused by end-user, wear and tear or purchased from other sellers.
5. If product is found to have defects, you are responsible to ship the product back to us (shipping cost is non reimbursable) and we will troubleshoot, repair or do a 1 for 1 exchange, subject to case by case basis.
6. We reserve the rights to deny warranty coverage if you're unable to provide valid proof of purchase
